From coding to digitization of production.
It all started with a love of programming. Belief in the possibilities of IT systems directed my education to the Faculty of Automation, Electronics and Computer Science at the Silesian University of Technology. My professional work has shown that in addition to knowledge and technical competence, I also have a business predisposition. It is the combination of both layers that gives me the greatest satisfaction.
I have completed a number of courses and trainings on change management, team building or leading IT projects, among others. And the acquired knowledge and professional experience, allowed me to well understand the specifics of manufacturing processes and challenges of manufacturers.
I believe in the power of automating the flow of data, for example, in reporting or traceability. This shifts responsibility for repetitive tasks to IT systems and allows employees to focus on higher-value tasks, which in turn increases work efficiency, increases comfort and satisfaction, and is a way to reduce turnover.
